Standard Delivery is £10.00 per delivery address regardless of how many items you order. We will deliver your products to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. We also delivery to the rest of Europe, except Russia and Switzerland and the cost will be £20.00, for the rest of the world please check with us before placing your order as not all items are able to be delivered outside the EU.
Free delivery applies as follows:
Any UK order over £100.00 - Free Delivery
Any Europe order over £150.00 - Free Delivery
Any Rest of the world order over £200.00 - Free Delivery (Please check with us before placing your order to confirm we are able to deliver to your location)
We want to make sure you find the perfect product, so if something isn’t working out for any reason, we will issue a refund or exchange (stock permitting) within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please make sure all tags, including hygiene stickers for bottoms, are in their original condition, otherwise we are unable to accept the item (More details in Terms and Conditions). We cannot create return labels for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
